The History of Modern Greece is a Podcast created by two history fans and Podcast fans. We are a Father and Son Team who started out listening to the History Podcasts and talking about our favorite shows. The first podcast we ever listened to was Michael Duncan's the history of Rome, and from there we fell in love with the entire Genre of History podcasts, From the History of Ancient Greece to the History of Byzantium.

This Podcast follows the adventures of the Modern Greeks as they fought for independence from the Ottoman Empire to form the modern nation of Greece.
